And yes, it has Auto Temp II. You can tell by the orange and green vacuum lines going into the heater valve. That's the switch that keeps the blower off until the engine warms up a bit. It's also the most common failure point. There's a small gasket under that bi-metalic switch that will crack and leak vacuum. Comes off with four small screws.
 
The car;s condition isn;t bad. I really like the vinyl top. Unfortunately the ATC II is enough to say pass for me.
 
White cars don't usually hold up that well under the hood. Usually rust around the seams
