I've never seen an interior quite like that before...

That interior cloth design is pretty daring. Not sure if it could grow on me as a car interior; reminds me of our old kitchen some way.

Nice Monaco...priced a little high.

Can't wait to see how these places will price cars from the 80's such as these. I consider most of the 80's to be a wasteland and so do other valuation sites.

Currently been watching someone trying to sell a 1981 Grand Marquis for the longest time. Great physical condition and low mileage, but who cares. Asking for offers but looking around I see values as high as $1300 and I'm sure he thinks he has a gold mine.

His biggest problem is how do you continue to smog an older car when parts are quickly disappearing. I sure don't see a repro market for the 80's.

I love Gesswein. I might drive out there this summer just to look.

By the look of the pictures of their Mopar cars...........they have a nice quality fleet. The problem is everything is priced double what they should sell for.

Think of that place as a nice museum with no admission price.
I'd like to go there myself.

I would like to take that trip too.......3,000 miles round trip.

Most of his classic inventory sits due to being overpriced, and frankly a niche market. In recent years some exceptions have been the beautiful low mile 72/73 Imperial Coupes that have rolled through his place...a triple white 73 nad a parchment 72 as I recall...both sold quickly despite his price.

Absolutely, he has a few Formals that's been there 5 years or longer. They don't even change the pictures in the ads.

I've said before that Gesswein is ten minutes from my home town. My uncle just bought a new RAM there. I'm about due for a Minnesota trip. They've always had cool cars there ever since I was a kid & prolly before that I guess.

Take a lot of pictures when you go......
