Are these the new fancy words for 'Detailing'?

"Over the last 39 years driven only about 44K miles..." Notice how they omit a closeup pic of the odometer.
I guess that's where the other dealer "We recommend all buyers inspect the vehicles before purchase." applies.
I wonder if someone could access the previous owners vehicle emission state mandated (sticker) test files and if it would show a accurate representation of mileage.

Okay so the back story on this Newport is it indeed 23k miles. How do I know? I drove this car in 2014/2015 with 20k miles at the time and the prior owner had a title that stated actual mileage because I almost bought the car. The other tell tale sign was the car had the factory lean burn still in tact. As I said I almost bought the car however, I passed on it and it was bounced around a couple of time looking more and more neglected before it ended up with this dealer. I looked on the Indianapolis Mecum site just recently and had seen this sold at their auction for 3k recently. Seems about right but, too bad my wife hates these cars otherwise this car would of had less miles and the lean burn in tact.

Formal quarters always rust.Bottom door edges and window seals are sore spots to.Really need to be garaged.The good thing is there was enough people who loved the luxury of the formals and high grade cars still show up.B.b

Oh I'm sure this car is getting loved I hoped being sold at Mecum last year even for the price paid. Regarding the rust, well at least its not a Datsun or X-Body GM car.
