Pass..... lots of rust everywhere, the sunroof leaks, the interior is shot, etc, and the the pictures aren't current which leads to be believe the condition is even worse now.

Yep, he thinks he can a lot more for it.

Even in that condition it is still worth saving. Only 10 percent of formal's had sunroofs.

I personally would never own one. Remember back a few years we had a very nice NYB with a sunroof for sale on FCBO and I passed on it simply because it had a sunroof.
