It's very clean. I would probably put road wheels on it.

There are very few aftermarket wheels that look appropriate on post 1974 Mopars.

Good point.... I hadn't considered I guess.

But I believe c body guys prefer c body wheels, to a fault

I have road wheels for both of my Formals...maybe something different if I got 3rd car.

I thing the wheels/tires work well on this car but let's face it, these 'Dobas, et all, are 9 times out of ten bought for DD service ad 48 hundred for a DD is way too much especially if it has A/C i$$ues.

Most of the time there are surprises that are not in the ad...like the txsm is slipping, burns a quart of oil every 500 miles, the other side of the car looks like it's been in a demo, instead of 33,000 original miles it really has 130,000 original miles on it. Plus these cars are only worth this asking price....if they are perfect low mileage original cars.

Do you know much I have spent on the NYB so far?

I could of bought an ultra low mileage flawless 1978 NYB (with a working wiper cam).

I have a ton of new parts for the Newport too. I want to bring the Newport to Carlisle in 2015.

I might have to rebuild the txsm. I'm going to flush it a couple of times and change the filter a couple of times. If that doesn't work I'll have to pull it and rebuild it.
