"Thanks for checking out my 1978 Chrysler New Yorker 4 door Brougham Edition in black.

It has 47,000 miles on the odometer, the picture of the sign that says 4,700 miles is wrong. 440ci v-8 is still super strong, spins the tires easily, feels like a muscle car. The 4 door version of this car is getting hard to find and this is the Brougham trim which is the luxury package. Starts, runs, drives and shifts through all 4 gears easily, passed North Carolina inspection and is ready to roll!! The car has little nicks and blemishes on the exterior as to be expected from a 40 year old car, they are hard to see in the pictures, if you are handy with bodywork or you have a guy these would be very easy to fix for cheap. The interior is not 100% perfect but in very, very good condition for it's age. Only a few small, very minor tears in the leather and one or two cracks in the interior hard panels. Again these imperfections would be very cheap and easy to fix if you know what you're doing. The inside of the car honestly is pretty impressive, it is the Brougham sedan which is the highest end trim package for the New Yorker. It is the most luxurious car that Chrysler made that year and was a competitor to high end Cadillacs. Tires have tons of life left, rims are in excellent condition and just need a polish to look new.

I've owned this car for a little while but it's time to move on, I buy/sell/trade vintage cars as a hobby and I really liked this one and kept it longer than most but I have a Bentley coming to replace it so it's time for it to go. This is you're chance to own a very rare example of the most luxed-out New Yorker Chrysler made back in the day. You could rent this car to prop houses for movies and tv shows being shot in the city and the car would pay for itself, I have rented it out myself a few times. My number is in the pictures, feel free to text me or call me any time, I'm usually around to show the car.

I also have a 1985 Mercedes 500sel sedan in black in excellent condition for sale for $9,999 next week as soon as I finish rebuilding one of the injectors."

Yes I did.. in fact I made two trips to see the car.. it's NOT a $4,899 car.... to be fair though, it does have some good things going for it. But she also has some typical issues 78's have. If anyone wants more details about my inspection / visit and wants me to share the pictures I have, feel free. I offered him $2800 as my jump off point and you declined.

Why would you pass....? :)
It has a 4speed and spins tires like a muscle car......
