Thinking on buying one,was told its a 4 Cylinder, were they made for this model or am I going out of my way for a V6??? Thanks Paul in Palm Bay,Florida

1989 was V6 only. There were a limited number of Turbocharged 4 cylinder New Yorkers built in 1988. You have to be careful with those Mitsubishi 3.0 V6 engines. Many are bad oil burners due to issues with the valve guides. The Chrysler built 3.3 V6 is a better engine, and was first available in 1990.

If you want a turbo 4 cylinder car, I've been trying to sell this one since before Christmas!

Just Found out its a 1990 Model with a 3.3 liter V6 supposedly with 26K.orig.miles on it.Its in a garage, looks to have been sitting really dirty, but complete, waiting to find out if its driveable. They want $1500/OBO Going to offer $1000 for it,if driveable that is? Thanks Paul ( so 3.3 is better engine, good,I think I had the 3.0 in a Gallant & it smoked like a Crop-Duster at 86K) Thanks Paul J.Amato Are these consider K-Cars as well?

I believe they were still K Car platforms. The LH platforms were the new breed, Concorde, Intrepid, New Yorker LHS, etc.
