383 Intake manifold vacuum fitting

Need a vacuum fitting for my 68 newport, 4 barrel intake, Looks similar to this the only difference is I need more lines coming off of the fitting.

I could drill holes in the old one and add more. I have the one I need but one of the tubes is broken off and the other is bent. I could probably try and do something with that.

Or just add a tee to the existing fitting.
