I came across this today at the little lot. The 68 300 convertible that was there earlier this year is gone. I noticed the hitch cover/bumper extension and was wondering if it was factory? Anyone know?

It was for sale earlier this year privately for $10000 coulda had it for $8000 nice enough guy from Manitoba

Dealer installed hitch. JC Whitney had similar/Warshawsky but that one is dealer

Really nice looking car from the few pictures. Is that high for one of those belvederes? that would probably be a good price for a fury of that year though.

The hitch is aftermarket. That bumper extension itself is a factory option. The hole where the trailer hitch is sticking though would have originally been the reverse light.

Nice car, but a bit high for a 4 door sedan. Now, a Fury is a whole different story. In that condition a Fury will likely bring 60K plus.

Even if they knew what it was, they wouldn't know what to do with it. And they wouldn't care, either. They'd get on their phone and cry like a little girl for someone to do something about it.

My Dad Drove a 57 Savoy as his everyday car when i was About 11, 12. I still Remember when he first bought it and we went to go look at it i was about 5, 6 at the time. It Had Manual Steering, No heat and the Original Jelly Jar Master cylinder still on it but the car still Held up.
As Far as one Changing their own tire. I have actually seen some of them Do it and they even **** that up. They dont Tighten the bolts In a Cross/Star pattern. Maybe not a huge deal but Still...
My Friends cant even open the Hoods on The cars i have. It Took them at least 10 minutes to get it. I let them figure it out Thats how people should solve problems. I was not going to enable that Kind of ignorance. But At the end of the Day i am one of them, Yes i am a "Millennial" and i am still learning alot and still make mistakes but i at least Try to have a Shread of Common sense and i know my place and Especially on a Forum like this. What really angers me about my peers is even when they Dont know something they have to act like they do. Which is just Young Male Bull headed arrogance. I have overheard them talking Cars with people and it is Embarrassing.

Shoot, I'm over 30 and I don't change a tire - anymore. I'm at the age where it hurts less to pay someone else to do it! :-D

3 cars, changing tires every winter and back in spring, but not with that stuff they supply with the cars plus cleaning out the backsides from break dust;
just can't stand putting them away filthy and handling them that way six months later.
