62 Chrysler wagon in a yard near me.

Came across this wagon a month ago the yard was trying to sell it. But ended up in the yard now was wrecked in 70 and sat in a garage till a month ago.

They wrote 62 on it. Im not on top of the earlier year's could you tell by the fender tag?

I agree,the tailgate damage looks recent. Sitting inside since 1970.
Post cars fair much better than hardtop cars in side impacts

Looks like a 64 to me.

Definitely not a 62. 64 unless someone changed the front clip.

Sad it was very fixable for sure with all that damage the driver door still opens. The pillar pulled away from the rocker so 2 doors and a new pillar would have fixed most of it. I believe it had something to do with Police or a Fire Chief's someone like that. Found a pretty cool sticker inside the wagon.

That spotlight looks pretty interesting also. Was it broken?

That spotlight is from the 1980's era. It has a red lens back that could be switched on and flashed.

That spotlight looks pretty interesting also. Was it broken?

Spot light lense and bulb were broken it moves but won't twist left and right. Sorry the alternator is sold already and the Lecce box also.

Grill and tail Lite sayz it's a '64. FWIW, '61, '63, + '64, T-gates are interchangeable. Grab the gate for partz. The torsion barz and mounting brackets for them are gold if they're not rusty. Jer

Went back today and grabbed more stuff from the wagon. The 9 passenger seat is in very nice shape and got the rear cargo ashtray looks to be never used. The rubber cargo mat and the Motorola box to make the rear aftermarket speaker work in the back someone installed. The tailgate looks like the rear bumper has to be off to slide the hinges down.

Rather let the part's sit around till they can be used by someone then be crushed. But a lot of people have been hitting me up so far popular wagon!!!!

I'm gonna ask if they would let me buy it and bring back what's left on Monday. The front still has carpet but seem solid.

Hi, if the gas tank is still in one piece I would be very interested. I could be interested in some of the rubber door moldings if they were not cooked dry.

Its difficult to find a gas tank for the 1960-64 station wagons that isn't rusted or beat-up, @Paul Sprosen if you're looking for a gas tank that will fit the 1960-64 mopar station wagons I would recommend checking out this seller.
