Well, if you had a complete rust-belt convertible to re-body, maybe...but $4000? The floors had better be pristine for that. It certainly insn't straight as the door dents can attest.
 
This guy is insane. He'll have these pristine cars in the same place 10 years from now.
 
Freeman's has been around selling cars and parts for a long time. I once bought an original roof rack for a 56 Desoto wagon I had and was very happy with it.

I would love to one day go there and wander around his yard......thousands of old cars there. But I think his prices froze around 8-10 years ago.....
 
This 64 vert has been parked near me for over a year now..... Solid and complete but needs everything.... Perhaps both these cars together would be worth 4K.
