Very, very nice vert! Did you restore that one yourself too?

The car has really never been restored. It's been repainted twice and the paint on it is almost 16 years old, has a couple of chips. The original engine has been rebuilt and it runs great. I'vd done a lot of detail work on the car, chrome bumpers, Lengendary rear seat cover, lots of polishing. I've driven it to Carlisle, Daytona three times and drove it 3400 miles in ten days on a trip to Michigan just over a year ago.
I have the history of the car to new.

What I really want to do is a full restoration on the 61 Convertible I just got. Now THATS an odd one. Almost as rare as chicken lips.

Stan.... Those are mufflers in the A/C lines. The receiver dryer is mounted next to the radiator on the pass side.

I had a rough 4spd car like this, but it had no engine or trans and the left quarter had some hideous body work. It was gold with a white top and interior, but I don't know if it originally had a 361, 383 or maybe even a 426 wedge may have been an option. I sold it to, I believe... a Richard Echinger? near Aberdeen SD many moons ago.

What is the '61 that you have? Chrysler??

It's a white 61 Fury, he has some pics in one thread. Not exactly up my alley but in this color combo it appears a bit more subtle for my taste.

A/C mufflers.... Good one. I have a set of bearings for those if you need them.

No, seriously. What are they?
