Anyone know where I can get one and a part number? I am not finding good details online.

This is the one that goes on the underside where the clutch fork exits the bellhousing.

Looks correct. They are also available aftermarket. Check my answer on Moparts - ebay link has the newer part number that works.

This is a link to an aftermarket with the correct original part number 2260 021. Mopar called it a release fork seal.
