66 fury Under hood clips that hold the wires for hood mount turn signals

Does anyone know of a source for the clips that secures the turn signal wires to the underside of the hood on a 66 sport fury
My car got a upgrade many years ago and the clips are gone and auto parts store wire is dangling.
Even a picture of what the clips look like would be appreciated.

I believe these are originals, at this point the hinge points are very brittle, so hope you hear from someone who knows where to get new ones. I have had no luck so far, but haven't looked "really" hard.

Thanks Evan. At least now I know what the original look like.
Something tells me that new clips do not exist.
I have been searching high and low. Now I'm looking for a reasonable facsimile. Anything will be better than wires dangling from the hood
