A can't tell you what a brand new and freshly painted engine does to me...

FWIW: Any help needed on your hydraulic clutch setup, I'm your go-to guy.

Oh, sheesh. You want the bad news or the worst news?
I need a picture of the firewall from the driver's side of the brake M/C and a pic of the clutch M/C.
Oh, and what brand hydraulics" Tilton?

And let's save this pic for future reference...

A lot of thought and great planning is going into this one!

I'm not home this week but will try to get that pic on the weekend. Is that pedal setup for power brakes by chance? Mine is for manual brakes but as time goes on I think I need disks on the front and I'm not sure whether the manual one can be adapted.

don't those intakes have a weird mounting pattern for the carb?[/QUOTE]

Only the early OEM manifolds...... They were designed to use a Carter WCFM carb, and I don't know of any other carb with that pattern
The later mainfolds will accept an AFB carb.

Don't know if that's a pic of the manual or power brake setup but it makes no difference when we're talking about the clutch pedal anyway. Worry about the correct pedals if and when you ever get around to PDB. If you're going to be messing with pedals, now's the time to do the PB conversion. Not later. You're already going to be going through hell with the pedals now anyway.... My two cents? I had the stock /6 manual drum brakes in my 440 Fury and it hauled it down as good as DB when it's totally rebuilt like new.

Things would be a whole lot simpler if you used the manual clutch though. Damn near bolt in.
Why are you going hydraulic?
