I may actually have felt better about this one if I'd seen a hose! Honestly, a damp wash cloth to those seats would do the owner some good. Otherwise solid looking. Rebuilt 440.

Had this car's engine completely rebuilt. Original 440- all receipts. Additional parts MSD, etc. spent over 12k
New Wheels and tires. New exhaust
Could part out for significantly more than 6k. I just don't have the time
Windows do not work
