This is a rare 1967 Chrysler 300 coupe with a 440 4 barrel 7.2L V8. California car with CA black and yellow plates. Interior is new and in great condition. The engine runs very strong and car is in great driving condition. This car can be an everyday driver or a weekend cruiser. It gets lots of attention. Paint is in good condition but has some blemishes. Two rear windows are not working. Drum brakes are touchy but work well. Very strong motor starts right up and drives great. Call with questions. 714-678-71two four. $4800 FIRM

What are you waiting for Stan? Isn't a 67 300 what you're looking for?

You can have more than one
Not true. You know that.

I'd be happy with any one of them!

I never gave a New Yorker Fast top much thought because, what's the use, you never see them.
And there it is....
Black.
No vinyl.
A/C.
Kinda cool what he did with the Road Wheels................................

Why are you looking for a base Newport over a New Yorker or 300 of the same year and body type? Did you or someone you knew/family have one previously?

Stan did, it was a hand me down from his dad if I'm not mistaken, or maybe he bought it from dad, 1 of the 2 and it was blue, right Stan?

It had bondo repair on a quarter panel, you'll know everything about it in a few weeks. :)

My memory is rather good. Can be a curse sometimes as well. :)

My first C-body back in 1970 was a bottom line stripper base Newport in blue. Handed down to me by my father, his first C-body. Good memory, Matt.
I want it back. After over 40 years, it's time....

It's identical twin:

I can relate also since my Dad bought a lot of C bodies and they were all centered between 67 and 71 .. not surprising they are my favorite years for C bodies. Me and Dad even swapped cars back and forth a few times. First car I ever drove was a Black 68 New Yorker 4 door at age 12 .. mentioned that car here recently and I thought that car was cool as hell. The first weekend after we went on the road trip to buy it my Dad took me for a test drive out in the country. As soon as we were just out of town, like 1/8 mile from my house, Dad stopped in the middle of the road and said "let's see what it'll do"... I had not idea what he was planning to do. Man that thing ran great .. it was 1977 and it had about 80K on it. After he scalded the tires off it he let me drive. It was a cool day and I had no idea that was coming.

I teared up there slightly
