This car hasn't been on the road since 2000. It was part of a package deal that I had to buy in order to get the 68 NYer that I wanted.
Options:
Front disc brakes
Cruise Control
Auto Temp
Tilt & Telescope Steering
Auto Dimming Headlights
Power Windows (When I tried them the drivers side worked, passenger didn't.)(Sorry DeMatt no power vents)
I think it has power front seat, but honestly I didn't look at that or try it. There is one tear on the drivers seat.
I rebuilt the carb, put a battery in it and it fired right up. The red cap that you see in the picture of the engine compartment is an auxiliary fuel tank I made. I didn't want to suck anything out of the line into the freshly rebuilt carb.
What it needs before seeing the road again:
A brake job
Solenoid to starter cable
Clean the fuel system, because it's been sitting
Flush the radiator
152,231 miles motor rebuilt at 145,444
There are other little things I'm sure it will need to be fully functioning again. There is some rust on the drivers rear door and there is a door ding in the passenger front door. It is missing the trim on the driver's side fender skirt. Otherwise I think the pictures tell the story pretty well.
It really is a nice car, I wish the NYer was in this nice of shape...ugh.
You can email or call me 814-673-7437(cell), 814-498-2991(house) after 5 PM week days - there is not an answering machine hooked up to this line. I'm on here almost daily. More pictures to come, I must have hit the limit for a single post.
