I was interested in this car and e-mailed the guy. At that time there was no rear end in the car, but the pictures he had posted showed a rear under it. I questioned this and his reply was: " Look, What you see is what you get" His attitude was to say the least terrible. I had a strong feeling he is hiding something, (I also asked about the frame and didn't get a straight answer).

I get the feeling that car is a bit of a rats nest. Lots of energy put in the wrong places.

Agree, bright colours don't suit these cars, but with a white interior you have an open slate for a repaint. There is a 68 Monaco 500 Vert on Kijiji in Ontario and someone painted it either sassy grass green or lime lite or something of the sort. Just doesn't look right. Has a green interior so you would be limited on a repaint. He has been trying to sell that one for at least the last 3 years.

Ive posted this one before and it sticks with me ..
Mopar 1967 Dodge Monaco
drastically over priced and has been for almost a year but the color combo is great. If I could have nabbed it for ~ 1000, I have restored it. Thankfully, I found a much more approachable candidate at a really good price.
