Here's a 67 Newport just up the road from me. I could take a look for anyone who might be interested.

Wow, that looks like a factory radio delete plate. Factory AC and a clock, but no radio. Interesting.

Per the ad: "Ran great prior to letting it sit for 14yrs I have not attempted to crank it just want it gone 383 w factory a/c Drum brakes are locked up from sitting"

To answer the question; those vents are not there on a non-AC car.

The "just want it gone" statement means someone could probably grab this one for $1500 or even a lot less. Put a $1000 in one pocket and start tossing the Benjamins on the hood and see what happens.
