I Was doing a end of season oil change on the 300 and noticed some rust in both the driver and passenger floor pans, not sure how I didn’t catch it sooner.. what’s the recommended way about fixing this? I haven’t torn the carpet up or anything yet so not 100% sure on how bad it is, but the driver side is definitely the worst. I could push my hand through it if I tried. Passenger side could probably just be patched with enough work, driver’s side is most definitely gonna need a whole new pan though. Are repos available? Does anyone have a solid used one they would want to sell?

-Thanks!

C2C is the only place you can buy these, to my knowledge, and they are far from perfect. I used their driver-side floor plan in a 68 and though it was better than starting with a flat piece of sheet metal, it took effort to make it fit and it doesn't look perfect. But since it's hidden under carpet I'm not concerned. It's solid and that's what matters to me. On the plus side, they are galvanized so should have some extra resistance to rust.

You can check with Murray Park for used ones. I bought a set of cuts from him for another 68 I'm working on and they were in surprisingly good condition.
