As a 68 Chrysler owner an had restored my car,
It is best to fabricate your own pans.
Or
Locate good southern rust free pans from a parts car donor.
The repop pans on E-pay are junk.
Wrong thickness and more work to make them fit.
Hope his helps.

The C2C piece is pretty inaccurate, and doesn't extend far enough to include all the rust on my front pan. But, it covers a large enough section that I think I can use it on my 66 Polara with some additional sheet metal welded on. I tried in vain to find suitable used floors. Parts cars I've located in my area (mid-Atlantic region) have floors worse than mine. Salvage yards farther away only want to cut out complete floors and shipping would be as expensive or more expensive than shipping an entire car due to weight, size, and difficulty in loading and unloading.
