Hello all i decided to tackle the wipers on my 68 300. Its a 3 speed wiper. The switch in the car didn't do anything. So i tried another 3 speed switch from one of my parts cars. But it only goes at one speed. Is there a guide on how to fix them or a place to get them redone or replacements?

I see you do have the shop manual on the passenger seat.
In it is the troubleshooting chart.
I would double check the connections at the bulkhead connector at the firewall.
Also you can jump the motor from the battery.
Body is ground! make sure the ground strap at the wiper motor is not broken or corroded.
Typically the motors fail before the switches do.
Hope this helps.

Wouldn't it be a switch issue cause one didn't work while the other one could get the motor to partially work?

Not 100% true.
You can bench test the switch with a multi-meter doing a continuity test and be fine, plug it in and not work.
You need to test the wiper circuit completely to rule out any doubts.
52 year old wiring and bad brounds are always the troll under the bridge.
Keep in mind also a used switch from a 67 is different than the 68.
There was a technical service bulletin where the switches failed and were redesigned for 68.
They may look the same to the naked eye but different inside.
