They say you only remember the good parts and block out the bad parts when reminiscing the past.
The true muscle car era had no bad parts. Even blown rear ends and working on your back in the slush left good memories. Everything was insanely surreal. And being young and not yet wise, much of it was unappreciated as much as it should have been. It was, overall, TOO MUCH to absorb.

Have you ever seen a lavender Karmann Ghia? Having said that what did I see just 45 minutes ago leaving the office. A 1970 lavender Karmann Ghia driven by a young woman.
 
Hell, I'm sure there's a lavender car of any model out there somewhere.

I would drive that in a heart beat. I can tell from the refections that is a beautiful paint job.
 
Second car for the doctor's wife or girlfriend typically.
