ok, bear with me again, did the 69 300 vent windows appear only on the convertible and not the non-convertibles? Just noticed some have them, some don't thanks

Vent windows are on convertibles and four-door models. Two-door coups did not have the vents.

Wasn't it cars without Ac had the vent Windows, the others didn't ?
right, a 2 door with a/c would not have vent windows

Ahhh that is why...I had a 69 300 2dr parts car many years ago and it had vent windows. Good info...Thanks!

Not exactly.
All convertibles and all models without A/C and models with code H51, manual A/C were equipped with vent windows.
Models equipped with auto air, H53, did not have the vent windows

Ok, then 1970 is different. My black car is H51 and does not have vents.
The only 1970 models with vent windows were convertibles. No H51 vehicle had them, except convertibles.

Yes, My info is for 1969 vehicles only. The convertibles retained the vent windows in 1970 most likely because the vent glass was convertible only for 69/70.
