The rear quarters have been re-worked and they didn't get the contours right. The quarters appear to flare down towards the wheel opening. I've seen the same problem on a lot of fuselage cars over the years...its hard to get all of those curves right on these cars.
 
This has been for sale awhile, think they wanted 11,500 for it 4-5 months ago. It was in VA
 
That car would require very close inspection. To get the floors and quarters right means time and money. Not sure I'd pay 10K.
 
The seller is surely compromising his feedback score selling that rust bucket at that price. Yeah it is probably low miles, but the rust issues cancel that out. Even the trunk floor is just a flat sheet of steel replacement. And the quarters are junk too as noted.......................
