You ought to see how they conduct car cruises. They don't go and gather up in a parking lot. They decide what street that they are going to occupy, I'm talking 4 lane streets and they just park on the street, completely blocking the road. Bumper to bumper occupying the entire street. The police have been "cracking" down on them with big fines, impounding and towing them away.
