69 DODGE POLARA 500 CONVERTIBLE- $2000 (My Driveway)

This car is very rare and mostly complete, some say Dodge built 300 others say 3000 either way, it's still a pretty rare car. You would think a C body would have a standard 383 right? wrong, this thing has a mere 318 with auto trans, power top, steering and brakes. It has manual windows and door locks. Talk about an oddball Mopar!

The body is in fairly good shape considering its age, the top is in good shape and the doors open and shut like new. The lower rear quarters are rusty and need some patchwork as well as the dutchman panel. Power top works as well as all exterior lighting

The interior is in usable shape but really need to be replaced or seriously cleaned and updated, carpet is cheesy crap from home depot. The drivers side rear floor is rusty, not completely gone, but thin with holes. The passenger front floor is also rusted and separated from the cowl (not terrible but needing attention)

The engine is currently not running and needs head gasket and a freeze plug.

The car is a very good candidate for a full restoration and I can promise you that you will not see another like it...... $3500 or best offer

Worthwhile major project for someone. You could likely get it for 1/2 the asking price. Annoys the hell out of me when people put some crappy aftermarket mirror on the passenger side. Likely drilled holes in the wrong places.
