Looks similar to Nessie (70 Polara) when I brought her home in 2001. She was a CO car but spent about 5 years in Ontario as a DD where it picked up all the body rust. This one is a worthy project.

I have decided that even AZ isn't hot enough for me now and am skipping the whole "burnt dashpad" and going straight to actual flame damage.
