Then how does he know it drives good? How does he know it's a peppy 383?
I reiterate, he's an *******!
He wants 15,000 for it within a few days if not he'll crush it? I wanna see him crush it just so he will for the rest of his life think he crushed 15 grand. Did i mention he's an *******?

Aside from him being such I'd really like to see this car up close. I think Tobias should make a half price offer and sell it to the states at a moderate profit.
Not joking when I say this. YOU need to contact this guy and get into his head. You're the only guy I know that can do this.
Get back to us.
Seriously...

It's a train wreck no matter what conversation anyone has with this guy. I thought about calling, but I can't fix stupid.

$15,000 or I crush it, that's a horrible sales tactic. I'll bring the crusher!

I live in millet . I will check it out when I get back from visiting the grand kids on Monday

How did you not know about this car Marlow? Millet is like 300 people lol. Maybe its the pineapple that used to sell RV’s. @Tobias74 is on the road this weekend so likely hasn’t seen it.

I would really appreciate Tobias's input on the condition of this car, his wallet and trailer would help.
The quarters look right, Canadian cars always scare m e but every once in a while there is a nice one.
If it is solid HE could save it.

According to the seller, the car was bought at an auction in Red Deer by a previous owner several years back so maybe that will jog someones memory.Apparently it went through a few hands in the meantime without ever being registered by any of them before he bought it and didn't register or drive it either.

it turns out I do know him but I’ve never seen this particular car yet. I don’t have any issues with him but I guess he doesn’t like tire kickers by the looks of his add . I’ll take some better pictures

I was at that EG auction in Red Deer a couple years ago and had a good look at the car , it needed a restoration then. The guy that owns it now bought a 69 Monaco convertible parts car for the restoration of this one and did the work himself. I’ve bought a few c body convertible parts from him in the past. I will get some better pictures when I’m get back home on Monday

:thankyou:

......I'm out

I just got off the phone with the seller, he is firm on the $15000 the car needs work and is an 383 2bbl car.
If someone wants it I can help with the export to the USA for a fee.

He did mention that he has bunch of spare parts from another Monaco convertible but didn't mention that he did any restoration work on the car, maybe he doesn't want to admit to it.I'm even more curious to hear your report on the car now.
