Wow, I don't know where to start. Are the strut towers welded to the fenders? How was the independent rear suspension attached, and how high does the car now sit? How to connect steering wheel to steering gear? HVAC? We'll figure that out later...

From a wrecked Charger, to a wrecked Newport. What car will get this engine next?

I'm betting that if you really dig into the work that's already been done, you'd find you need to start over with a different car.
Like looking at a house to buy and then seeing the basement is comprised of blocks, rocks and paver blocks.
