Tough to keep that pace though. The Deepak stuff is pretty easy.
It takes practice. Deepak is a great coach. His guided meditations are just plain awesome.can't do that, there is no way I can 'clear' my mind, not even for 2 minutes.....it's in overdrive all the time.

Well, not exactly participated but I have a ton of Deepak's stuff + other guided meditation on my iPhone. I'm not a follower of anything but I do believe in & practice meditation (not as often as I should). So you've participated in it?

Knowing what I know about you I am surprised at you. Not disappointed, just surprised. I also cant see you inebriated ...

Meditation is only about calming yourself & recharging your brain. Too bad you won't try it. Once you follow Deepaks guided instructions just a few times you can learn body awareness/control that is incredible.
Take Mark's advice and the Deepak thingie happens automatically.Tough to keep that pace though. The Deepak stuff is pretty easy.

I'm not surprised. Whatever works. For me......cranking off a few rounds does it.
Ross, what you described is why most go to Church .... Believeing an invisible man in the sky is part of it along with the fairy tales. It makes them feel better
No, it's basic, primordial fear of the unknown is what drives people to believe in god and religion. Lose your fear of the dark and you'll have no need for deities.
