There are a lot of opinions on this, the reproductions are good but the lines are not as sharp s the originals. Even the originals are not that consistent.
If the Charger handles look like the Polara then they will probably work, once you have them you can then determine if they are exact or not.

If the Polara/Monaco share the same handle as the Fury line my 70 wagon I used 1st Gen Ram door handles exact same housing just had to swap the mechanism. And those repops are way cheaper then the C body or NOS one's that I've seen so far.

It's 72 to 93 i grabbed some from later 80s
And then disconnect the latch release and then just 2 7/16th bolts you'll have to bend your arm up pretty good though!!!
That i have no clue sorry I grabbed all mine from a local yard when those year trucks come in.
So you can't use a socket wrench in there I guess?
I use a combo of a 1/4 rachet and a ratcheting wrench seems to work good.
Correct about the lights, at least for now. They are pretty cool looking though
I finally found the tag on the rad support, must not have been many options lots of blank space hehe
