For Sale '69 Polara Convertible

I could have Googled for a month looking for a pic of the backside of a1969 Polara nose trim and still not come up with one. How do you do it. Lol.


Searched for images of the part and then found an ebay listing that happened to have images of both front and back. Piece of cake, two minutes. But don't ask me to find it again, though.
 
Here's a whole kit for $300. I wonder what it would look like on the wagon.

I really never liked that option on those 69 Dodges. Just looked heavy handed to my eyes. I would find a way to take them off if my car came with those pieces.
 
In my view it was an attempt to preview the styling of the 1970 loop bumper. A nicer looking bumper was never designed but I'm biased :icon_lol:

That was generally true of most of the 69 C bodies - witness the rear end of the New Yorkers that year, same efforts - but to me, much more successful. I agree the 70 loop bumper was really nice, but to me, the 69 effort with the additional chrome was a fail. Without the extra chrome, that front end in sum was as nice as the 70 overall to me - the grille in the 69 was over the top!

That's a good price seeing as Nos_Bill usually wants you to bend over.

gratefull to him for both my nos 71 fury rear quarters...both nos tail lights and possibley the last nos set of fender echelons for a GT on the planet...
....l think l cleaned him out....price may not be a issue anymore...
