Colour wouldn't have been my first choice either but the car looks nice otherwise. All depends on the qulaity of the resto.

The unfitting paintjob and R/T badging lead me to jump to the conclusion at first this was a pic from Europe. Things that would have done by someone who had no real historical connection. But I think after 40 years now there are about as many of these people in the US as well.
