I have seen more floor shift console cars in the last year for sale than were supposed to have been made!!

If its real it might be a good deal... the parts list is compelling. But I wouldn't touch it without a very careful inspection of all pieces and #s better be matching or all you have is clone material. I also hate when the engine has been done... I find it hard to trust it has been done right by this kind of seller. Drivable and running correctly, I would feel much better about it.

IMO the engine is worth the value of the induction system and maybe build core... too many get FUBAR by dumbass performance builds. On the other hand... might get real lucky.

A perfect candidate for a black Hurst paint job and I think it's priced fairly.

Looks like it came from Arizona so it could be rust free. Hood looks good. If the deck lid is good I'd say it's a great price.

Call Muscle Motors up in Lansing, Mi. and talk to Eric about that 440 build and you'll know how much of the $8500 iz for the "Horse" He built the 440 in the Batwagon BTW, Jer.....And yes I miss the dam car but theirz no room in my life for it anymore

That is exactly what I saw when looking at the pics. However, the price is right if someone wants to get into a Hurst and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. Like it or not, decent 300 Hursts have gotten very pricey as of late.

I'm thinking that this car is one of the pair that used to sit in a yard together a few years ago, I cant find any more pics but there was pics of these two from the rear showing the number plates. Anyone have the pic?

Aren't those a couple of the "chicken coop" cars from a number of years ago where quite a number of those Hursts were stashed for many years? I don't have any of those photos though.

I Remember reading about a Pair in a Mopar mag. I remember reading that one was so rusty when he when to pull it out, The front end rip apart from the car. Maybe those are the cars?

That car was for sale here in Mesa Arizona years back. I almost bought it, kick myself for not. That hood is a NOS piece too! The car was solid if that is the one.

Says auction ended due to error in the listing. That means someone hit the buy it now and the guy doesn't want to pay the e-bay fees so they will deal outside of e-bay.

i remember that too. i think they were in florida.

For some strange reason I really like these. What is the going rate for a nice driver?

Nice driver? Subjective question but,...low to mid twenties. There is a nice driver in PA for $27K
