Hmm, he paid $1500 for the car. I wonder if he paid that for a car with a drive train? So has he removed the drive train and would like to get his $1500 back sans drive train for new buyer.

A bunch of other biggin's in the drive to, he must be harvesting organs.

Too bad, nobody's gonna save her. She'd be better off donked, lowridered or shipped to Europe or even blumoed.... Ostrich, pepto, 18" wheels, clandestine sale to a really cool guy in Israel... All kinder fates than slow painful death.

Are you kidding me- How rare is this 2 dr model! It should be saved and the price is cheap!

Oh the humanity!!

Looks like a steal to me. Throw a motor in, clean her up, and drive her.. Hmm.. Ross, I have the 440 from you just sitting on the stand. :thinker:

There you go, Zac. This might be the Imp for you.

Blumoed is still better than lowridered or pepto so you're good. ;)

Mega Dittos

I talked with the guy. He bought it long after the engine/trans departed it in an effort to save it. He is the nicest guy you would ever want to know, but he just ran out of funds. Hating isn't smart, as he is one of us.

I think so, too.
Just look at his place. Lots of fuseys around. Most of them seem to sit right meaning they still have their engine/transmissions.
His description is very honest. To me it looks like he wanted to save the car.

There is no reason to prejudice him.
He is a real fusey guy like us.
Sometimes I don't get it where all the bad emotions come from.

Maybe it's a combination of some frustration & envy ............. :mad_6: .....:frustrated:

Ok so hang us. If you and everyone else crying about "hatred" had been around here long enough you'd know that 9 times out of 10 the guy that comes thru here selling fuselage bodies has yanked the motors for other projects (read: E,B,A body)....and is trying to make quick cash. Most likely the cars will end up at the wrecking yard waiting to be crushed. Ok, so maybe this particular guy is different, but usually usually they don't give 2 shits about c body cars other than date coded engines from.

There are several 440s and at least 1 413 on the Detroit Craigslist currently and several have transmissions. A few of them are likely in good running condition.
