The factory sunroof cassette should have FOUR drains, one tube at each corner. Each drain tube will have its own exit location. The front drains should be in the hollow part of the A-pillars and then downward somewhere. The rear drains should be in the C-pillars and exit into the rear wheel well on each side, or somewhere else on the underbody. Once the rear tubes and exits are found, make sure they are not clogged with undercoat.

Be careful you don't bump you head getting in, as those older sunroofs took out about 1" or so of headroom. Which can make a normally spacious interior feel cramped, by observation.
