NOT MINE 71 Chrysler 300 2dr sunroof car, project, $6000 obo Nuevo, CA ( ebay)

Updated with no trim tag.
Must be several of us here asking him questions suddenly. 3 people watched the item in the last 24 hours.
Number of watchers doesn't mean anything.
Could be as simple as people tagging it to check the auction after it finishes.
For a variety of reasons that have nothing to do with actually buying the car (like competitive assessment, saving the car info for reference, etc).

I noted that the price dropped to $5000 today on Facebook but I believe it would need to drop more unless someone wants to take on a full restoration project like that one with an original sunroof and well optioned with minimal rust.

I believe that Craigslist listing was posted by the same seller since I believe the town it is in is still in the "inland empire".

At some point, that car was pretty well taken apart - the original engine was pulled, disassembled and left apart sitting outside and uncovered for what appears to be at least a decade. A motor home was present on the property at some point and its engine, transmission and front seats were put in the car for sale. Its original seats were also just left outside also to be destroyed by the rain and both front bucket seats were power ones but the motor assemblies were both destroyed from rust. To add gauges instead of relying on the idiot lights standard in those cars for engine temp and oil pressure, the person doing the work cut up the dashpad to accomodate them. Most of the outside trim is banged up or otherwise messed up so finding all new trim would be needed to restore the car to close to original or heavily reworked by someone skilled in that area. Given the exhaust and the messed up mess that resulted from the previous owners carelessness, that car was likely driven very hard. I am not one who likely leaves a sunroof car to waste away but this one just needs so much attention, it was too hard to justify buying anywhere near the price at which it is listed. Like I said earlier, the car's only saving grace is that it is straight, pretty free of rust and even the trunk floor is decent. But one would need a good parts car similarly equipped to restore it given the drive train, interior and much more are pretty much destroyed. I have 4 sunroof cars already so one more isn't needed, otherwise I would have tried to save it, but not at that price. The seller seems to be pretty firm and in reviewing her profile on Facebook the comments seemed to imply she was a bit stubborn - all I know is she was very cordial to me but she hasn't really budged on her unrealistic price, which I tried to explain to her given all the realities I witnessed.
