Looks like Chris' place. Don't know if it has been posted before. I searched and did not see it. If it has, oops.

1972 Plymouth Custom Suburban 6 passenger Station Wagon. 400, 727 transmission, 8 3/4 rear end. A/C, power steering and brakes. New Dual exhaust with Dynaflow mufflers. Mild RV cam with HP manifolds and dual snorkle air cleaner. Very nice interior with a new headliner and carpet. 150 MPH certified Speedometer. Very nice new Basecoat / Clearcoat paint with Super Bee hood scoops. Car is an Arizona car that is rust free other than in the rear foot well. There is a picture that shows it.

This wagon has had all the major stuff done to it. It runs and drives good and looks great. It still needs some minor work to complete the restoration. Here is a list of what I know it needs:

Hood release cable. (It comes with a pair of vise grips on the cable so you can open the hood)

Tailgate window does not work. (The tailgate does still open as a door with the glass in the up position)

Radio does not work.

Needs rear shocks.

Dash is cracked.

$8500 Mopar trades considered. 602-320-9014

I think I remember These Scoops from a longer time ago.

Yeah it belongs to a buddy of mine. I did paint it a couple of years ago.

Its a nice car. I saw it when I picked up my Hurst.

Since you saw it in person.....please tell me that the interior is not green. It is very hard to tell what color it is from the pictures.

Also, did you see the rust-thru spot he mentions in the ad? Can you tell us any more about the overall condition of the car?

I just heard it run and casually checked out the exterior some. Wagons have never been my thing so I never investigated it out to the point of looking at the floorboards. Based on the rest of the car it is likely minimal rust. He was very straightforward with me about the condition of my Hurst. There were no surprises. The engine sounded nice and snappy in the wagon. No smoke, or strange noises. I think the interior was a goldish green if I remember right.
