73 Newport Dash Speaker ?

I was looking at the grills and they seem to be plastic riveted in. Whats the best way to go about changing these out?

Got to remove by getting under the dash. On the right it is just by removing the glove box. One the left it is more complicated. You can either remove just the speaker, or remove the speaker and bezel. Both are held on by speed nuts.

Good place NOT to stay original here. Get quality 2.5 inch 2-ways, with bass-blockers inline, and no one will ever know the difference from the looks. It will sound much better, though!
