Looks like J6 Avocado Gold Metallic. It would look nice with road wheels. I believe all 74-75 Imps had 4 wheel disc brakes and air ride suspension. Mr.C would know. It appears that either the air has leaked off or the air ride isn't working. The rear is sagging too much.

Didn't the 1974's have an overheating problem because they didn't have the lower vents in the bumper?

The car is kool, the add is priceless!

Air ride suspension is optional on 1974's and standard on 1975's. 4 wheel disc brakes standard on 1974 & 1975. 14,483 Imps in 1974, 10,000 4 door, a little over 4,000 2 door and only 57 Crown Coupes. Crown Coupes can be identified by having the vinyl on only the front half of the roof. Only 8,830 Imps produced for 1975. Only 3,921 Imp's ordered by customer's in 1975 the rest were ordered by dealers. Most 1975 Imp's were produced in 1974 and production ended in June 1975. In contrast....Cadillac sold 170,000 Deville's in 1974 and 173,000 Deville's in 1975.

The entry of the 1975 Cordoba saved Chrysler.

Chrysler is misspelled on the award mirror even.....wtf.

That's funny! I mess with my nephew's 18 year old buddies all the time by asking them to spell Chrysler without looking at my car. LOL!

You can Google till the cows come home and you will see no proof of that other than in questions like yourself.
I say STYLING change.

Only 57 of these LeBaron Crown Coupes were produced in mid-year 1974....

Why does the trophy have 94 on it but the paper has 09

Aside from the roof what is the difference between a regular 2dr and the Crown Coupe?

The opera windows. The padded front half of the roof and the opera windows was the major difference which was a $527 option. I'm sure there is a few other items for that kind of money. They came out mid-year and only 57 were made in 1974. A little over 2,000 were made in 1975.

Here's a picture of a regular 2 door....

Like I said, the trophy was $1.00 at the local Thrift Store...
My local thrift store has dozens of them. Usually golf or softball...

And we can add, that the "opera window" roof line is simply a plug over the side rear windows of a "regular" 2 door.

Where would find a plugs for opera windows?

I also believe that the dash pad has a special moulded script that says LeBaron above the "Imperial" script logo... or something like that. There was a few changes that set it apart from the regular 2 door.

Does anyone know if air ride suspension was optional on a 1974 Imperial? I know for sure it was standard on all 1975 Imperials.

From a junker...
They are also very fragile. AMWIK.

BTW, the regulators are still there and the window can still be operated if you want to add the cranks or motors.
Saw one with the motors in them and left unplugged.

Air ride was N/A in 74...made its debut in 1975. The 74s did suffer from overheating difficulties in heavy traffic and the 75 facelift added the bumper venting as well as larger grille area in Imperials and the Chrysler line. I have witnessed personally, in my 74s, the temp gauge slowly climb in heavy summer traffic...never overheated though. On my 77 T&C the temp stays put in traffic.

By the way, ALL of the 1974 Imperial LeBaron Crown Coupe editions (what a long name for a car, but that is what it was called) were Golden Fawn in colour in keeping with Chrysler Corp's 50th (ie Golden) anniversary. This car was repainted when restored by its owner.
