The rear brakes are Disc. How do you reline a rotor?

Re-line the pads. The rotor can be turned if necessary. Ever hear of a brake lathe???
Not everytime you change the pads do you have to buy new rotors.... Just sayin'

Hehehe, I've been to that museum. It's right next to the big open frame electric motor that run the whole shop from one long overhead belt.
The pads are cheap. The calipers are cheap. The rotors do not exist.
I would just put drum brakes on if the current brakes are trashed.

I'm not afraid of drum brakes, most a$$holes have know idea what is supposed to be back there.

Besides I'm too cheap to spend $14k on $15k in cash.

OK, so now you need another master cylinder, delete the proportioning valve, find a set-up for emergency brakes for drums versus discs...yup, you'd certainly be saving a ton of $$$ doing all that, versus turning those pesky discs.
