Sound sketchy to me, but Caper thinks its good.
I walked away from it in the past when it was for sale at $1600. There's a few threads on it. When I spoke with the seller today he did all the repairs, floor,brakes,paint etc. Depending on the quality of the work when someone eyeballs it will determine if it's any good. I have 3 nice original 78's so wasn't interested in a project.
Never ceases to amaze me the amount of vehicle knowledge contained in this membership! Where else could you get the backstory on this car! Well done Caper!

I've emailed him through that kikiji website with guestions, I'll call him next week if he doesn't respond to the email.. Would you know how far his from the US border? I'm not familiar with the locations in Canada. I REALLY like this one!! Unless there's hidden things he's not mentioning in the posting.. I hope he contacts me... I was hoping for a 4 dr since I have a coupe already, but this one trips my trigger...

The car is near Moncton New Brunswick. There are many Border Crossings but if coming from Maine it's 2.45 hrs driving from the Saint Stephen Calais Border Crossing.

Man.... I have 17 drivers, projects and basketcases on my property right now (had to take my socks off to count them all).... but I may be the closest one to this...about 2 hours, I could go look if someone needs eyes on it

I wonder what kind of condition the rear quarters are in? If the floors are roached....the rear quarters and others area's are normally roached too.

Man do I know how that feels. 14 Children, not all shown here! And I love this car, but would spend every waking moment planning to remove those moldings.
The Nazi HOA people in my community would burst in to flames if I had 14-17 cars. They are having a fit with the 3 that I have now. LOL!

To be fair, they aren't all in one place. If you saw how my house was laid out, you can't see them from the street.

I posted Stan's Thread yesterday from Dec 2013 when it was for sale for $950.00. It was for sale numerous times since but this is the first "I've" seen it advertised with all the repairs. Best to get someone to eyeball the repairs. If it's any good it will be sold right way. The seller is straightforward but I have no idea of the quality of the workmanship.
