This is kind of morbid.....I wonder if I can reserve that vehicle for myself when the time comes!!

If we all pitch in and buy the car, we can all put in our requests to take our last ride in style.. just need to find someone in the (middle) to be a caretaker of the car UNTIL.... lol

Lot of people dying to buy that car.

Nice appropriation of the old joke "people must be willing to die to have a ride in that car" I've heard them all, forgotten most. Hearst+old car= attention *****. That and the rust is why I no longer own her. I've found as of late my old cars which require attention garner more comments than the nice ones. All of the sudden everyone is a restoration specialist. It drove me nuts when I was driving my '71 Newport that was rusted to hell, and people would comment that "the body looks good". Cereally I had that comment at least two dozen times. Each time I was just like, what?(roll eyes) and as time went on the rust got worse, yet the comment remained the same. I'm not sure what I did to deserve that.

A hint on the speedo, guys - It would be in Kilometers ONLY, if the car were sold new on the Continent or other places exclusively metric at that time. Canada cars show Kilometers as the primary and miles secondary, that is the clue it's not Canadian market. It's a shame the VIN is not shown, nor is the fender tag. The ad in English - there is usually a flag at the top of ads in Europe that will allow you to show the ad in one of several languages:

I can never understand why they start with a 4 dr.when a 2 dr. makes more sense.

Actually, a four-door makes more sense. The two-door door itself infringes into the cargo area considerably. And a four-door can be utilized with three or four doors remaining operational, or just two. Depends on the customer needs, but I can guarantee you that the conversion companies did not set up for a two-door car being converted. Way too many unique parts to be fabbed for that.

... Canada cars show Kilometers as the primary and miles secondary, that is the clue it's not Canadian market. ...

With an exception. In the 76 model year, a metric only speedo was available as a no charge option for the upcoming change to KM (I know, because I ordered one in 76). Once mandated, the display was dual. A 75 would have been exclusively miles.
