So this thin piece of plastic came out of the window channel on the vent frame that the window goes up and down in. I'm not sure if it's supposed to stay stationary and the window moves in it, or if it's supposed to move with the window, but I assume it's so the window glides easier. It got jammed up and mangled and I just removed it. The one on the passenger side is getting messed up too but still in there.
I looked around some restoration sites and Rock Auto but couldn't find anything like it. I don't even know what it'd be called to try and do a general search.
Does anyone know if it's available or if there's a suitable substitute? If I can't find the correct part I was thinking of buying some adhesive-backed PTFE tape and just run some along the lead edge of the window.
