Well, from what little I think I understand, it has Power Steering, Ac, Auto Trans, a 440, AM/FM Radio, electric windows, new interior, body is in excellent condition, tires have 1000 miles, has more pictures, maybe the original owner, and has been garage kept for 36 years. I do not know how accurate this is, but I do speak French, and I think that I may have pieced some of it together. (It is NOT French, though).

Something maybe going on here. I personally knew the elderly man from central WI. and this car has been discussed here before if I remember correctly $6-8k range. It needs a paint job etc. Proceed with extreme CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!

1977 Chrysler New Yorker Brougham, St. Regis. 440c.i. V-8, ~155,000 miles automatic transmission, PS, power windows, AC, am/fm radio. Original owner and garage kept for 36 years. The body is in superior shape and the interior is near factory new. New tires (less than 1k miles). This New Yorker is an excellent collector car. More photos available on request.

Probably will become an engine donor and derby car but, yeah it's pretty well gone.

When the rear quarters are roached on a Formal.....there is a lot more rot on these cars in a lot of other area's that you can't easily see unless you take a closer look. Obviously around the rear window and generally anywhere under the vinyl. The cowl's are notoriously for collecting leaves and other stuff and will rot after almost 40 years which is really non-repairable. NY'ers have a chrome strip under the doors that normally rust out. The door sill area's rust out and the area around the rear door below the C-pillar rust out too.

That's why I remove those rocker panel moldings and LEAVE them off.
