If those rims could be sold for most of the price of the car it miht be an okay deal.
 
That shows that the goofy-assed "ghetto rims" can be put on a Formal and you can still retain the skirts. I agree - buy the car as-is, sell the rollers off and get a NICE set of 15" Road Wheels or the '78-only turbine wheels (Salon) with quality rubber, and go.
 
I think if I bought that I would take it to Carlisle as is just for the conversation and controversy, LOL then go home and make it right.
