That rear antenna looks like a universal/aftermarket electric antenna, which had the CB load coil in the middle of the mast. Many of the "factory CB" radios were dealer-installed, as FEW dealers ordered them from the factory, by observation. The AM/CB could be ultra-rare as all I remember seeing were AM/FM Stereo, but no tape option with the CB, as I recall.

What doest the data plate or Build Sheet indicate for the factory equipment sound system?
