32,000 original miles (odometer says 22,000 because it was replaced with 10,000 miles on the car)

Brakes, tires, shocks, fuel tank, and fuel lines have recently been replaced.

This car appears to nice....

I'm cautious about low mileage cars. Maybe it's just me but when I see the "22" or any numbers offset on the odometer it makes me think 122,0000 miles. The fresh undercoating on the undercarriage rings the bell again. What's up with the r/r quarter panel at the bottom right behind the tire? Plus it's a Wisconsin car.....I lived in Wisconsin for 21 years. Maybe it never saw snow but 99% of people i knew in Wisconsin in the 50's, 60's, 70's didn't put cars away for the winter. Maybe the car came from Arizona...who knows. I would have to see it with eyeballs to authenticate a low mileage, no rust 40 year old Wisconsin car.
